【摘要】 研究了需求不确定、存在运输规模经济下的连锁零售企业的配送中心选址问题.在传统选址分析中加入了详细的库存系统分析,在此基础上,以配送中心和门店的服务水平为约束条件,建立了较为全面的配送系统年总成本优化模型,并通过该模型找到了各方案下的最优库存水平和最小成本,从而选出最佳方案.最后,通过仿真,分析了需求变化和运输距离变化对系统的总成本以及方案选择的影响,为连锁零售企业的物流配送中心选址提供了决策支持.更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of distribution center location for chain retail enterprise is considered under stochastic demand and scale economies of transportation in this paper. Inventory system analysis is added to the traditional location analysis, so that a comprehensive cost optimization model for this delivery system can be established under the restriction of service levels at distribution centers and retail stores. Using this model, the optimal inventory levels and the optimal costs under each locating strategy are obtained, and the optimal strategy can be further chosen. Finally, the effects of demand parameters and transit distance parameters on the total cost and locating strategy are given by simulation, which provides an important decision support for distribution center location of chain retail enterprises.更多还原
