基于虚拟样机技术的受电弓/接触网系统研究
Study on Pantograph-Catenary System Based on Virtual Prototyping
【摘要】 结合受电弓的开发过程,把虚拟样机技术运用到受电弓/接触网系统的研究中。建立其从轨道、机车、受电弓到接触网三维仿真模型,重点分析了弓网耦合系统的动力学特性、轨道激励对弓网振动特性的影响以及接触网的动应力分析。通过应用虚拟样机技术,阐述了虚拟样机技术对研究弓网系统动态受流和开发高速受电弓的作用和优点。
【Abstract】 In the design procedure of pantograph, virtual prototyping is applied to the study of the system of pantograph/ catenary in this paper. The three-dimensional simulative model involved in track, train, pantograph and catenary is set up. Based on the model, the coupling dynamic property of the system of pantograph/catenary, the vibrating responses in consideration of the track excitation and the dynamic stress of the simple catenary are analyzed. And consequently the role and advantage in design of high-speed pantograph brought from the application of virtual prototyping is made more definite.
