基于虚拟样机技术的低压塑壳断路器仿真研究

【摘要】 讨论了利用虚拟样机技术仿真的意义和重要性,采用基于多体动力学原理的软件包ADAMS建立了低压塑壳断路器操作机构的动力学模型,并通过试验测试了该型号断路器的机械性能,证明了仿真模型的正确性。将ADAMS二次开发首次应用到低压电器研究领域,用Fortran编制DLL丰富了ADAMS的函数库。利用ADAMS内嵌的三次样条插值函数AKISPL,仿真了不同短路情况下电动斥力对开断过程的影响,实现了机电耦合。

【Abstract】 The significance and the necessity of virtual prototyping technology simulation are discussed. A novel dynamic mod of the operating mechanisms of low-voltage molded case circuit breakers is set up by adopting ADAMS (Automatic Dynam Analysis of Mechanical System), a software package based on the theory of multi-body dynamics. The model is confirmed experiments on the mechanical performance of the tested circuit breakers. ADAMS provides good platform of seconda development, which is for the first time to be introduced into low voltage apparatus fields. The dynamic link libra programming in Fortran extend the function library of ADAMS. Using the in-line spline function, the electro-dynamic for effect was considered in different short current interrupting process, and the electromechanical coupling equations were solved.
