海南地区人群中FⅩⅢ Val 34 Leu多态性的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究海南地区汉族人群、黎族人群、脑梗死患者、冠心病患者FⅧ val 34Leu分布特点。方法:用聚合酶链反应、限制性片段长度多态性分析及核苷酸顺序测定检测205名汉族正常人、236名黎族正常人、196例脑梗死患者、188例冠心病患者(心肌梗死/非心肌梗死,55/133)FⅩⅢA链 Val 34 Leu多态性。结果:汉族人群、黎族人群、脑梗死组未发现Val 34 Leu多态性,在冠心病组中发现1例Val 34 Leu杂合子。结论:FⅧ Val 34 Leu变异在中国人群中不是多态性,与缺血性心脑血管疾病没有关联,不是中国人群中防止动脉血栓性疾病的保护性因素。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the Val 34 Leu polymorphism in factor ⅩⅢ A subunit gene in the general populaions of Han nationality and Li nationality and in the patients with brain infarction( BI) and coronary heart dis-ease(CHD) in Hainan, China. Methods: The Val 34 Leu polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction , restriction fragment length and DNA sequencing in the unrelated samples of 205 individuals of Han nationality, 236 individuals of Li nationality, 196 BI patients and 188 CHD patients(myocardial infarction/no myocardial infarction,55/133). Results: No Val 34 Leu polymorphism was found in the general populations of Han and Li nationalities and in the BI patient group. One heterozygote of Val 34 Leu was found in the CHD patient group. Conclusion: Val 34 Leu variation is not polymorphic and not associated with ischemic brain and heart disease in the Chinese population. 34 Leu allele is not a protective factor against the development of arterial thromboembolic disease in the Chinese population.
