【Abstract】 The civilians in ancient Greece-Rome differ distinctively from those in China’s Shang and Zhou Dynasties in the aspect of political struggle. Its chief reason is that the two were at completely different status in their economical life and legal systems, thereby exerted completely different influence respectively on their state structure and social development.
