【Abstract】 Objective To set up a determination method of morphine in urine. Method Solid phase micro extraction fiber was used for extracting morphine in urine, morphine was derived with acetate anhydride and analyzing with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Result Morphine in lever of 5ug/ml in urine was detected. Conclusion This method can be used for fast inspection of the morphine in drug addict’s urine.更多还原
