【摘要】 随着我国高等教育办学规模的不断扩大,高等教育资源相对不足的现实逐渐凸显出来,主要表现在人才资源特别是教师资源匮乏、各种物质资源供应不足。这其中,既存在着结构性短缺的问题,叉存在着结构性浪费的问题。鉴于此,应力求做到优化资源配置,做到人、财、物等各种资源共享,从而使高等教育资源配置逐步趋于合理和完善。更多还原
