【摘要】 我国在湿地保护中存在着许多问题,表现为:不合理的开发利用导致了天然湿地的锐减,景观严重丧失;湿地环境恶化,资源利用过度,生物多样性受损;污染日益加重,湿地功能日益下降。鉴于此,要充分认识湿地资源保护立法的迫切性,建立健全我国湿地资源的法律体系框架,并使之科学化、个性化。通过制定《湿地资源保护法》,加强湿地资源保护,促进我国经济可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the protection of wet lands, there are many problems such as sharply decreasing wetland area, rapidly losing wetland landscape, severely deteriorating wetland environment, over-utilizing resources, damaging creature’s diversity, increasingly aggravating pollution, and weakening wetland functions, which all result from irrational exploitation of wet lands. In view of such situations, it is urgent to undertake the legislation of wetland protection, build a sound legal system for wetland resources with scientific and local-friendly features, and handle well the relationships between local rules with laws of resources. To protect wetland resources and maintain sustainable development of our economy, we must strengthen the consciousness of wetland protection and improve legislation of wetland protection.更多还原
