【摘要】 对海南小稻蝗精巢染色体核型及C带带型进行了分析.结果表明:海南小稻蝗核型为2n(♂)=22+xo,NF=23.全部染色体均为着丝粒带染色体,都具有着丝粒C带,1号和8号具有居间带,1号的C带带纹丰富,9号染色体弱染,其余染色体为强染,异染色质总量为14 64%,最长与最短染色体之比为5 5∶1.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article an analysis is made of C-banding and chromosme karyotype of spermary cell in oxya hyla intricate(stal). Results indicate Hainan oxya hyla intrcata(stal)chromosome the karyotypes is 2n (♂)=22+XO=23, NF=23. All the chromosomes are telomere chromosomes and they all have centromere c-band. No. 1 and No. 8 chromosime have the middle banding, No. 1 chromosomes have shown plentiful C-bands, N0.9 chrmosomes not deep stain. The amount of herochromatin is 14.64%, the ratio is 5.5∶1 in Genome.更多还原
