反向流动注射化学发光法测定盐酸氯丙嗪

【摘要】 次氯酸钠氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,盐酸氯丙嗪能抑制该反应的发光强度,据此结合反相流动注射技术建立了一种测定盐酸氯丙嗪的新方法.在优化的实验条件下,本法测定盐酸氯丙嗪的线性范围为0 1~10μg/mL,检出限为8 0×10-2μg/mL,对浓度为0 5μg/mL的盐酸氯丙嗪进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为0 88%.本法应用于针剂、片剂及尿样中盐酸氯丙嗪含量的测定,结果令人满意.

【Abstract】 This paper presents a new method for the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride, which was based on the inhibition effect of the studied drug on the chemiluminescence produced from the luminol-hypochlorite system and a reverse flow injection technique. Under optimized conditions, the inhibited CL intensity on concentration of chlorpromazine hydrochloride is linear in the range 0.1-10 μg/mL with a detection limit (3σ) of 8.0×10-2 μg/mL. Relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.88% (n=11) for 0.5 μg/mL chlopromazine hydrochloride (n=11). The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of chlopromazine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical preparations and urine samples with satisfactory results.
