【Abstract】 In order to advance the theoretical creativity over the environmental law characteristic of new epoch, and for the purpose of progressing the research and scientific construction of the environmental law, the Law School of Fuzhou University held the second “southeast jurisprudential forum”. The famous jurisprudential experts and scholars in environmental law as well as more than a hundred of faculty from the Law School of Fuzhou University attended the forum. All the attendants had a heated argumentation and profound discussion over the problem of whether the environmental law can adjust the relationship between man and nature or whether the environmental law can issue the challenge to the mainstream jurisprudence.更多还原
