核桃杂交F1代坚果品质主要性状遗传分析
Genetic analysis on main characters of nut quality of F1 generation of hybrization of Juglans
【摘要】 1979—1997年首次选用云南薄壳核桃与北方新疆核桃早实优株进行了18个杂交组合的南北核桃种群杂交。对杂种F1代坚果8个主要性状的遗传分析表明:杂种F1代坚果的主要性状广泛复杂分离,为多基因控制呈数量性状遗传。由于基因的加性效应,F1代可组合双亲优异性状,由于基因互作产生非加性效应,F1代产生杂种优势性状。这些遗传趋势和优点,对核桃进一步育种工作有重要的指导作用;也为下一步的育种提供了优良材料。
【Abstract】 During the 1979-1997, for the first time, we selected 18 hybridization groupings of Jugians sigillata and J.regia, and then started to hybridize of the southern and the northern Jungles. The genetic analysis of eight main characters showed that the main characters of nut of F1 generation were separated complicatedly and widely, which belonged to quantitative character heredity controlled by multigenic. Because of the incremental effects of gene, F1 generation could combine excellent characters of parental pair, and because of the non-incremental effects caused by interplay of gene, F1 generation could produce dominant character of hybridism. These inherited tendency and excellency have most important guidable influence and offer excellent materials on the further breeding of Jugians.
