【Abstract】 Different approaches (liquid medium induction and solid medium induction) were applied to culture rice anthers , the results showed the liquid medium induction was similar to the solid in cultural time, but the liquid culture could increase about 10% in the ratio of callus induction and freqency of green plantlet differentiation. Therefore, the method was a feasible way of increasing anther culture efficiency in rice.更多还原
