云南糯玉米资源的多样性及其利用

【摘要】 对332份云南糯玉米资源的表型多样性分析,结果为:①以来源和表型性状为依据,将云南糯玉米群体划分为5类6个生态型,91 27%的云南糯玉米品种属二季早和大玉米群,云南南部地区的糯玉米多表现为多穗性;②以变异系数为依据评价云南糯玉米品种间主要农艺性状的多样性,表现为:双穗率>穗位高>千粒重>株高>主茎叶片数>穗长>穗粗>生育期,营养成分表现为:α生育酚>硬脂酸>亚麻酸>脂肪=苏氨酸=色氨酸=赖氨酸>蛋白质=油酸;③筛选出231616、231712、230846、230596、231718、231979等一批农艺性状优异的云南糯玉米品种资源,231532、231268、231229和231185的多种营养成分含量均较高;通过上述研究,提出了云南糯玉米在育种、食品加工方面的利用方法和途径。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the diversity of 332 waxy corn landrace in Yunnan were analyzed.The results were as follows:(i)according to origin and phenotype ,the group of waxy corn landrace in Yunnan were divided into 6 ecotypes of 5 kinds, and 91.27 % of varieties in it were ecotypes as mid to bigger maizes, and the most of waxy varieties in southern area of Yunnan were multiple-ears;(ii)according to C.V.(coefficient of variation), the diversity of main agronomic character of waxy varieties in Yunnan were observed as:Percentage of double ear > Ear height >1000-grain weight > Plant height > Leaf number of main culm > Ear length > Ear diameter> Period of duration, and Tocopherol > Stearic acid > Linoleic acid > Fat = Threonine=Ttryptophan= Lysine > protein= Oleic acid in the nutrient components;(iii)the varieties of Yunnan waxy maize with excellent agronomic characters as 231616,231712,230846,230596,231718,231979 and etc. were selected,and the Yunnan waxy corn with higher contents of multiple nutrient components were 231532,231268,231229 and 231185.
