水稻杂种F1再生力特性的配合力和遗传力分析

【摘要】 为加速杂交水稻强再生力组合的选育进程,3次选用籼型三系不育系和恢复系各6个,采用不完全双列杂交设计,对杂种F1再生力特性进行了配合力和遗传力分析,结果表明,水稻再生力特性的一般配合力(Gca)和特殊配合力(Sca)均达极显著水平,即受加性基因效应和非加性基因效应的共同控制,而以加性基因效应占主导地位,且具较高的狭义遗传力,但受环境及栽培技术的影响也较大。不育系和恢复系对Gca值的贡献率以其均方值大的一方为高。Sca值与表型值呈极显著正相关,而与Gca值既相互独立,又相辅相成,凡Sca值较高者,至少有一个亲本的Gca值较高。说明只有选择Gca值较高的亲本为基础,才能选出Sca值也较高的杂交组合。本研究Gca值名列前茅且极显著超过同类亲本其它品种的不育系有辐76A、G46A、182A、Ⅱ 32A等;恢复系有130、明恢63、多系1号、泸恢926等,它们是配制强再生力组合较理想的亲本。

【Abstract】 To quicken breeding procedure of strong ratooning quality combinations,the combining ability and heritability of ratooning quality of hybrid rice F1 were analyzed by NCⅡ design using 6 CMS lines and 6 restorer lines for 3 times.The results showed that GCA and SCA of ratooning quality of hybrid rice F1 were all significant,which were controlled by the additive and non-additive gene effects.The additive effect was predominant with higher narrow-sense heritability,which was affected by the environment and planting technique.The contribution rate of CMS lines and restorer lines to GCA depended on mean squares size.The relation between SCA and phenotypic value was positively significant.If SCA of cross was higher,GCA of one parent at least was also higher,showing that the parents with higher GCA could be used to breed hybrid combination with higher SCA.CMS lines such as Fu 76A,G46A,182A,Ⅱ-32A and etc,which had significant GCA,and restorer lines 130,Minghui 63,Duoxi 1 and etc,could be used as parents to breed combinations with strong ratooning quality.
