肾血管性高血压大鼠心肌纤维化的病理组织学研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究高血压时心肌纤维化的组织形态学特点。方法 :采用病理组织学方法 ,观察两肾一夹型高血压大鼠心肌纤维化的组织形态学特点。结果 :高血压组大鼠在实验开始的第 1周就出现明显的血压升高 ,在实验结束时 ,达到 198±33mmHg( 2 6 33± 4 39kPa) ,明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。对照组未发现心肌纤维化病灶。实验组 39只大鼠有 16只检查出纤维化病灶 ,检出率 4 1 0 % ,纤维化病灶数量与血压正相关 ,r =0 4 83,Y =0 389X - 5 177,P <0 0 5。根据纤维化病灶的成分和结构特点 ,心肌纤维化可分为 3种类型 :肉芽组织型、小血管周围型和纤维型。结论 :肾血管性高血压大鼠心肌纤维化与动脉血压升高有关

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the histo-morphological characteri st ics of the fibrosis of myocardium in renal hypertension rat model Metho d s: The histo-morphological characteristics of the fibrosis of myocardium in two kidney-one clip hypertension rats were observed by means of patho-hist ological technique Results: The blood pressure in the hypertensi v e rats ascended obviously from the first week of experiment At the end of expe r iment, the blood pressure in the hypertensive group reached as high as 198±33mm Hg (26 33±4 39kPa), significantly higher than that in the control group (P  <0 01) There was no fibrosis lesion of myocardium to be found in the control s The fibrosis of myocardium was observed in 16 out of 39 hypertension rats (41%) The amounts of fibrosis were positively related with the blood pressure (r  =0 483, P<0 05) According to the ingredients and patho-histological pa tte rns, three types of myocardium fibrosis could be distinguished They were granu loma tissue type, small-vessels peripheral type and fibrosis type Con clusion: The fibrosis of myocardium in the rats with renal vascular hyper tension is closely related to the raised blood pressure
