【Abstract】 In order to solve the prediction of the development dynamic, the optimal structure of the oil-output, the optimal structure of the measure, the optimal collocation of the oil-output, the optimal control of the measure, the general programming scheme and so on, the software structure design and the data flow was analyzed from the demand of the consumer. The module functional design was finished, and the software system of the oil-field development programming and decision-making was written.
