碧凤蝶养殖生物学研究

【摘要】 人工养殖蝴蝶必须确立好的种源地,不断补充养殖种群数量,并对养殖种群进行复壮。重庆范围内碧凤蝶的种源地是天然植被良好、阔叶林、灌丛多的城口、江津、北碚、石柱、武隆等地,每年3-10月都可能从野外获得种源,但最容易获得的时间是5,8,9月份。人工养殖碧凤蝶幼虫的温湿度范围分别是7~31℃,52%~97%,养殖用饲料为黄檗PhellodendronamurenseRupr.。在此温度范围内,幼虫生长期的长短与养殖温度的升高成负相关的关系,其回归系数是-2.570;相关系数为-0.9608,2者显著相关,即随着温度的增加,幼虫生长显著加快。这些资料和数据对于碧凤蝶的规模养殖有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

【Abstract】 In artificial rearing of butterflies, it is essential to select the regions of good strain supply, constantly supplement the breeding population and have it rejuvenated. Chengkou, Jiangjin, Beibei, Shizhu and Wulong, where the natural vegetation is good and broadleaf forests and bushes are plentiful, in Chongqing are representative regions of good strains of Papilio bianor Cramer. The breeding strains of the butterfly can be easily obtained from March to October, especially in the months of May, August and September. The suitable ranges of temperature and RH for its artificial rearing are 7~31℃ and 52%~97% and the desirable rearing feed is Phellodendron anurans Rupr. Within the above temperature range, the duration of its larval period is negatively correlated with temperature, the regression coefficient being -2.570 and the correlation coefficient being -0.9608.
