【Abstract】 The effects of 2,4-D, NAA and BA in different combination and different concentrations on callus induction and proliferation of lily were investigated by using uniform orthogonal design UL₉（3⁴）. The data were subjected to visual analysis, variance analysis and multiple comparison. The results indicated that the optimum media were MS + 2,4-D 0.1 mg/L + NAA 1 mg/L+BA 0.1 mg/L,for callus induction, and MS + 2,4-D 0.1 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L + BA 0.5 mg/L for callus proliferation.更多还原
