杂交水稻不同生育期各器官干物质累积的遗传效应

【摘要】 采用包括遗传主效和基因型与环境互作的遗传模型和统计方法,以7个籼型不育系与4个籼型、1个籼粳交偏籼型及1个籼粳交偏粳型恢复系按NCⅡ交配设计配制42个组合2个播期资料,分析各类杂交稻不同生育期干物质累积的基因效应。结果表明,抽穗期及成熟期营养器官干重、成熟期穗干重和总干重均由基因加性、显性、加性×环境互作及显性×环境互作效应共同控制,抽穗期穗干重仅由基因加性效应和显性×环境互作效应控制,组合间抽穗期总干重的遗传差异不显著。除茎干重外,其余干重性状总狭义遗传力(h2N+h2NE)有随生育进程逐渐提高趋势,成熟期总狭义遗传力排序为叶干重(57.39%)>鞘干重(52.25%)>成熟期总干重(45.51%)>茎干重(42.84%)>穗干重(23.72%)。

【Abstract】 Gene effects of dry matter accumulation at the heading and the maturing periods of 42 F1s in 7 × 6 NC II mating design and their genotypic differences were investigated by means of genetic models and the corresponding statistical approaches for additive-dominant interaction, including genotype × environment interaction and cluster analysis. The parents of the F1s included 7 hsien (indica) male sterile rice lines, 4 hsien restorer lines and 1 hsien-tending and 1 keng (japonica)-tending restorer lines in hsien × keng crosses. Analysis of the data of two sowing dates showed significant additive effect, dominant effect, additive × environment interaction and dominant ×environment interaction for the dry weight of the vegetative organs at the heading and the maturing periods of the plants and panicle dry weight and total plant dry weight at maturation, while no significant difference for the biomass of the plant at heading was observed between different combinations. General broad-sense heritability (h2N + H2NE) of dry matter weight of most organs, except the stem, tended to increase with the growth and development of the plant. The leaf had the greatest general broad-sense heritability of dry weight at maturity (57.39%), followed in order by the sheath (52.25%), total dry weight at maturity (45.51%), stem (42.84%) and panicle (23.72%).
