【摘要】 以甘蓝细胞质雄性不育系(2001038)和保持系(2001039)为试材,以甘蓝小花蕾期、大花蕾期及盛花期的花药为试样,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板不连续电泳技术,分析了不育系及保持系在不同时期过氧化物同工酶、ATP酶、细胞色素氧化酶及淀粉酶的谱带差异。结果表明,不育系和保持系的同工酶存在谱带增减及谱带强弱方面的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anthers of the male sterile line of cabbage (2001038) and its maintainer (2001039) at the small floral bud stage, the big floral bud stage and the full bloom stage were taken for analysis of the isozymes of POD, ATPase, COD and AMY with PGEM electrophoresis. The results showed that the number of isozyme bands and their intensity varied between the male sterile line and its maintainer.更多还原
