【摘要】 研究外源植物激素对黄金梨产量和品质影响。结果表明:植物激素处理能显著提高平均果重,增长幅度在32.4%～37.3%之间,果实品质也好于对照,尤其是维生素C、脂肪、蛋白质显著提高。虽然处理果实糖、可溶性固形物等低于对照,风味较淡,但可能是处理果成熟比对照稍迟所致,可以通过栽培措施克服。综合分析表明,在梨上可以有条件使用植物激素,其利远大于弊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jibaoling", a phytohormone preparation with cytokinin as its main ingredient, was used to treat the young fruits of Huangjin Pear, a good cultivar of pear introduced from Korea, 20～25 days after flower drop. Compared with the un-treated control, Jibaoling increased fruit weight by 32.4%～37.3% and markedly increased vitamin C, fat and protein contents of the fruit. The contents of fructose and soluble solids of the fruit in the hormone treatment were lower than the control, a defect which can be overcome through management measures. Evaluated comprehensively, exogenous phytohormone yielded more benefit than harm if used intelligently.更多还原
