诱导法与营养液配方对马铃薯试管结薯的影响
INFLUENCES OF CULTURE MEDIUM COMPOSITION AND METHOD ON MICRO-TUBERIZATION OF POTATO
【摘要】 研究了含有不同蔗糖,6-BA,B9,NAA,GA3与ABA的培养基配方以及不同的诱导方法对马铃薯试管结薯的影响。结果表明:10%蔗糖+2mg·L-16-BA+10mg·L-1B9+1mg·L-1NAA的组合处理有利于试管薯的发生与膨大;而高浓度的GA和IAA则抑制块茎的形成。分步诱导结薯法优于直接诱导结薯方式。
【Abstract】 Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) cv. Mira was used in tissue culture. Of the media studied, MS supplemented with 10% sucrose, 6-BA 2 mg/L, B9 10 mg/L and NAA 1 mg/L proved to be advantageous to microtuber initiation and expansion. High concentrations of GA3 and IAA in the medium inhibited microtuber regeneration. Step-wise induction was superior to direct induction.
