微生物电阻抗传感器的研制

【摘要】 用自制的微生物传感器以及其它实验装置等,在一定条件下,通过测量接种细菌的培养基电阻抗值,利用微生物在生长繁殖过程中可使培养基的电阻抗值减低的现象,了解微生物生长繁殖的情况和规律,尝试进行微生物电阻抗传感器的研究,试验研究取得了预期的结果。

【Abstract】 In a given condition, a microbe electric sensor, made by ourselves, and some other devicesare used to measure the electric impedance of the culture medium which has been inoculated withbacteria. Through the phenomenon that the impedance of the culture medium may be lowered when themicrobe is growing and reproducing, the rules of growth and reproduction of microbe can be discovered.A research trying to develop a microbe electric impedance sensor has been done, and a hoped-for resultis obtained.
