鸭IgG纯化方法比较试验

【摘要】 用辛酸-硫酸铵法提取鸭IgG并与硫酸铵法和DEAE纤维素层析法进行比较,结果表明,辛酸-硫酸铵法与DEAE纤维素层析法提取的IgG纯度较高,且辛酸-硫酸铵法简便、快速、节约试剂,所获IgG活性较DEAE纤维素层析法高,适于从大批量样品中提纯IgG。

【Abstract】 A method for purification of duck IgG with caprylic acid and ammonium sulphateprecipitation was developed. And it is compared with ammonium sulphate and DEAE cellulose. Theresults suggested that the purification degree of IgG by caprylic acid and ammonium sulphate andDEAE cellulose is high, and the method of caprylic acid and ammonium sulphate is economical, quickand simple and could be adapted to purify IgG from a lot of samples. The immunobiolog activity of IgGis high and stable in the process of the purification.
