【Abstract】 With the uninterrupted amalgamation of electronic commerce and traditional logistics, E-logistics comes into being as a new research domain. It means that traditional logistics would present some new characteristics. The article is concentrating on these features from Supply Chain, and expatiates on CPFR,QR,3PL/4PL, the representative logistics models.
