【摘要】 随着电子信息技术的发展,建立政企信息资源整合机制是有效和可行的。有效的政企信息资源整合机制有三个层次:公用信息层、信息资料层、信息决策层。针对这三个层次建立政企信息资源整合机制模型,可对其制约因素,如交互平台、信息标准、行政管理部门的协调及其他相关的制约因素进行系统分析,形成政府为主导,科学规划、建立信息资源机制,提高信息资源共享性的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thanks to the development of the electronic information technology, it is efficacious and feasible to establish government and corporate information resources. In the author’s opinion, the effective government and corporate information resources consist of three parts, namely, public information, information data, and information decision-making. The modes of the government and corporate conformity system based on those three parts can be utilized to analyze the restrictive factors of the system, such as alternation terrace, information criterion, the coordination of the administrative departments, etc. In addition, this mode is also conducive to the formation of a government-guided and scientifically planned information resource system and to the promotion of the sharing of information resources.更多还原
