【Abstract】 Crude inhibin was abstracted from the porcine follicular fluid by Gel permeation chromatography with Sephadex G-200 and Sephadex G-100 and identificated by western blot with monoantibody of inhibin α subunit. The result showed the existence of inhibin α subunit in the abstracts.更多还原
