重介质旋流器选煤技术的现状及在我国的新发展
State-of-Art of Coal Washing with Dense Medium Cyclone and Its Recent Development in China
【摘要】 简要介绍了目前国内外重介质旋流器选煤技术的概况 ,阐述了“十五”期间我国重介质旋流器选煤技术的新发展和需要进一步解决的问题 ;提出了一种采用一套介质回收净化系统实现80 (10 0 )~ 0mm原煤分级入选的重介质旋流器选煤新工艺 (发明专利号 :0 2 15 9990 4 ) ;介绍了新结构的 3NWXS130 0 / 92 0型双供介无压给料三产品重介质旋流器 (发明专利号 :0 2 15 890 3 8)。在晋阳选煤厂技术改造工程中的预测表明 :采用重介新工艺 ,工程总投资比”九五”攻关的简化工艺减少 785 76万元 ,降低 16 5 % ;选煤厂电耗比”九五”攻关的简化工艺减少 0 94kW·h/t,降低 10 2 % ;介耗比”九五”攻关的简化工艺减少 0 3kg/t ,降低 16 7% ;增量收入比”九五”攻关的简化工艺增加 995 2万元 /a。
【Abstract】 Brief description is made in the paper on state-of-art of coal preparation technology with dense medium cyclone used both at home and abroad. It also summarizes the resent development in dense medium cyclone coal cleaning technology and some problems to be further dealt with during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period. Presented in the paper is a new dense medium cyclone coal separation technology, in which a set of dense medium recovering and cleaning system is employed for size classified separation of 80(100)~0 mm raw coal (Patent No. 02159990.4). In addition, presentation is given in the paper of newly designed 3NWXS1300/920 Three-Product Dense Medium Cyclone with double non-pressure medium feeding inlets (Patent No.02158903.8). It is shown from application of this cyclone for technical improvement of Jinyang Coal Preparation Plant that, compared with the simplified system which was the main scientific and technological difficulties to be tacked during the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, by use of the new dense medium coal cleaning technology, the overall engineering capital investment is reduced by RMB $7.8576 million (lowered by 16.5%), power consumption of plant is cut down by 0.94kW·h/t (reduced by 10.2%), medium consumption is reduced by 0.3kg/t (lowered by 16.7%) and yearly profit gained increases by RMB $9.422 million.
