非晶态NiB配位催化2-亚丁基环己酮的选择加氢动力学研究
The Dynamics Research on the Selective Catalytic Hydrogenation of 2-butylenecyclohexanone at Atmospheric Pressure with Ultrafine Amorphous NiB as Catalyst
【摘要】 以超细非晶态NiB为催化剂、乙醇为溶剂 ,研究了常压条件下 2 -亚丁基环己酮的选择催化氢化反应。确定了反应对 2 -亚丁基环己酮的反应级数n =1,80℃下准一级反应的速率常数为k =3.4× 10 -3 min-1。同时考察了氢化过程中外扩散的影响以及温度、催化剂用量对反应的影响。求得反应的活化能Ea =16 .391kJ/mol。
【Abstract】 With ultrafine amorphous NiB as catalyst and ethanol as solvent, the selective catalytic hydrogenation of 2-butylenecyclohexanone at atmospheric pressure was studied. Through the experiment, the value of the reaction order n of this selective catalytic hydrogenation of 2-butylenecyclohexanone is confirmed: n =1, and at 80℃ the reaction rate constant k of this quasi first-order reaction is equal to 3.4×10 -3 min -1 . Moreover, the effects of outer diffusion, temperature and the quantity of the catalyst on the reaction was researched. Also the activation energy of the reaction Ea was calculated : Ea=16.391 kJ/mol.
