碘催化合成乙酰乙酸乙酯1,3-丙二醇缩醛
Synthesis of Ethyl Acetoacetate Cyclic Propylene-1,3 Ketal by Catalyst Iodine
【摘要】 以单质碘为催化剂合成了乙酰乙酸乙酯 1,3丙二醇缩醛 [即 :2 -甲基 - 2 - (α -乙酸乙酯基 ) - 1,3-二氧六环 ]。考察了影响收率的因素 ,最佳优化条件为 :乙酰乙酸乙酯 :醇 :催化剂 :带水剂为 1mol :1.3mol :0 .0 5g :2 0 0mL ,反应在回流温度下进行 ,反应时间约 2 .5h。收率可达 92 .4 %。
【Abstract】 Ethyl acetoacetate cyclic propylene-1,3 ketal was synthesized by using iodine as catalyst, The factors affecting the condensation yield were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions are as follows:ethyl acetoacetate∶1,3-propandiol∶catalyst iodine∶dehydrating agent is 1mol∶1.5mol∶0.05g∶200mL; reaction temperature is reflux temperature; reaction time is 2.5h.The yield is above 92.4% under the optimum conditions.
