【摘要】 目的:调查CBP患者的性观念及性生活质量,据此采取相应的干预措施,以改善患者的性功能。方法:通过门诊收集300例临床资料如患病时间、既往史中的性病史等均输入Excel中,进行统计结果。性生活质量调查的统计分析使用t检验。结果:有相关的性行为,从高到低为酒后性行为、强力性行为、以药助兴、忍尿性行为、带病性行为、逆情性行为、动而不泻、所欲不遂;患病前后性频率、射精潜伏期、性欲、性快感、性满意度有极显著的差别。结论大部分患者有不科学的性行为史,患病后的性生活质量大幅降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the sexual attitude and sexual activity quality in patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis (CBP) and improve patient’ s sexual function by using intervention measures.Methods: Data of 300 outpatients with CBP were collected and analyzed using Excel software for Student’s t - test. Results:Correlation was found between sexual activity quality and such factors from high to low as intercourse sexual after drinking,heavy sexual action, increasing sexuality by using drug,holding back urination in coitus, sexual intercourse in ill health or with the parther in a bad humor, holding back ejaculation for too long time, and sexual desire not satisfied. There are very significant differences between before and after getting CBP in coitus frquency, latent ejaculation period, sexual desire, sexual pleasure feeling, and sexual satisfaction level.Conclusion: Most patient with CBP have history of unhealthy sexual activities and greatly reduced quality of sexual activity .更多还原
