【摘要】 目的:观察性激素补充治疗(HRT)对于改善绝经妇女阴道健康评分及性激动评分的效果。方法:对40例绝经妇女(HRT组)予结合雌激素0.625 mg/d及安宫黄体酮2 mg/d,另外20例予碳酸钙500 mg/d,共计3月。用药前后进行阴道健康评分及性激动评分,评价其效果。结果:HRT组用药前后阴道健康评分及性激动评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);安慰组用药前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:性激素补充疗法能够明显改善绝经妇女阴道萎缩性症状,提高性功能及性生活的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the effects of hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal vaginal atrophy and sexual function. Methods: 40 postmenopausal women received oral conjugated estrogen 0.625 mg/medroxyprogesterone acetate 2 mg (HRT group) and 20 others took only Calcium (placebo group) for 3 months. Vaginal healthy score and sexual activity score were eveluated before and after treatment. Results: The vaginal healthy scores increased significantly (from 8.16±2.9 to 19.77±3.0, P < 0.01), and sexual activity scores were significantly higher in HRT group( P < 0.01), but did not show a change in placebo group( P > 0.05) . Conclusion:The HRT reduce complains of dyspareunia and vaginal dryness, enhanced sexual activity and improved quality of sexual life in postmenopausal women.更多还原
