【摘要】 从分析影响工程成本的风险因素入手,根据目前工程成本确定的经验,将模糊数学与层次分析法相结合,建立模糊层次分析模型,对工程成本的风险因素进行评价。提出了全面定量化和定性化的层次结构评价模式和总体评价方法,并用工程实例说明该法简易可行。结论符合实际,从而为工程成本风险辨识、估计和评价提供了一种简便和较为客观的分析评价方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting with analyzing construction cost risk actors , on the basis of determined experiences on construction cost, fuzzy math and the theory of AHP are combined to set a fuzzy AHP analysis model, which is used in the construction cost risk analysis. Also the hierarchy structure evaluation pattern and overall evaluation method on quantity and quality, then it shows its briefness and feasibility with engineering example, and practical conclusion.
