整体顶升法在栈桥走廊下沉处理中的应用

【摘要】 针对煤矿栈桥发生较大量下沉、倾斜的问题,采用了综合纠倾法和综合顶升法。文中主要介绍栈桥走廊整体顶升的方案设计及施工工法要点。由顶升成果分析,证明设计确定的顶升面、顶升体系、顶升加载量和顶升位移量及采用的施工工法是切实可行的;验证了运用模糊综合评判方法对既有构件的实际承载力进行评判的正确性,为特种结构病害治理提供了经济有效的方法。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of settlement and slope of transshipment gallery in coalmine, comprehensive lifting method and comprehensive rectification method were applied. Lifting the transshipment gallery on the top of the column scheme are designed and key points of constructional methods of belt conveyer transshipment gallery in coalmine were introduced. Through analyzing effect of treatment, it proved that lifting face, lifting system, lifting load and lifting displacement and constructional methods were feasible, and that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for deciding the load-carrying capacity of the existed structural member was correct, which presented economical and effective means for special structure treatment.
