【Abstract】 This paper analyses the present state and the trend of the demand and supply of Economical and Suitable Housing (ESH) in Xi’an. Then the paper studied the rational scale of Economical and Suitable Housing (ESH) in the future in Xi’an. The study aims at giving full play to the role of Economical and Suitable Housing (ESH) in optimizing the structure of house supply in Xi’an, readjusting the price of commercial house, and finally solving the housing problem for the families with medium or low income.更多还原
