【摘要】 目的 :探讨采用颈动脉内膜剥脱术治疗颈动脉硬化性狭窄疾病的临床疗效。 方法 :对 17例颈动脉狭窄病人采用动脉内膜剥脱术治疗。对比手术结果 ,提出主要外科技术和手术指征。 结果 :手术后病人恢复良好 ,无严重并发症发生。经半年以上时间随访 ,病人情况均良好。 结论 :颈动脉内膜剥脱术是治疗颈动脉硬化性狭窄的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore surgical treatment with carotid endarterectomy for carotid artery stenosis. Methods: 17 cases of carotid artery stenosis were treated through endarterectomy. Comparing results and to find out the main surgical technique and the indication for endarterectomy. Result: All patients had excellent results without TIA during half a year follow-up. Conclusion: Endarterectomy is an effective way for the treatment of carotid artery stenosis.更多还原
