【摘要】 目的:探讨经微小切口治疗大隐静脉曲张手术方式的优点。方法:用微小切口的手术方式治疗大隐静脉曲张肢体 2 6条。用 1.5～ 2 cm切口行大隐静脉高位结扎 ,保留旋髂浅静脉、腹壁浅静脉和阴部外静脉。经 0 .3～0 .5 cm的微小切口剥除曲张的大隐静脉属支。皮下缝扎曲张较轻的属支。结果:2 5条肢体术后恢复良好 ,切口愈合好 ,疤痕小 ,1条肢体术后 3周产生深静脉血栓。结论:微小切口的手术方法可彻底剥脱大隐静脉及其属支 ,并能最大限度地减少肢体皮肤及软组织的损伤 ,是一种治疗效果良好的实用技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce the phlebectomy that through mini incisions to treat varicosis of the long saphenous veins and to explore merits of this operation. Methods: From May 2003 to October 2003, there were 23 patients with varicosis of the long saphenous veins, 13 males and 10 females, aged from 31 to 73 years, total 26 limbs, underwent phlebectomy of the long saphenous veins through mini incisions. Results: Twenty-two patients, include 25 limbs were healed. Deep vein thrombosis appeared in one limb. Mini incisions have excellent cosmetic results. Conclusion: Mini incision phlebectomy is not only practicable to cure varicosis of the long saphenous veins but also to decrease tissues trauma and to achieve good cosmetic effect更多还原
