【摘要】 目的:探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石联合体外震波碎石术 (ESWL )治疗复杂肾结石的临床疗效。 方法 :采用经皮肾穿刺微造瘘术和输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术联合 ESWL 术治疗复杂性肾结石 5 0例。结果 :本组5 0例患者中 ,有 12例结石取尽。其中行一次取石 6例 ,二次取石 18例 ,三次取石 6例 ,3例改为开放手术。 结论 :经皮肾穿刺微造瘘术和输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术联合 ESWL 术治疗复杂性肾结石具有创伤小、并发症少的优点 ,值得在临床中推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To improve the trement level of complicated renal calculi. Methods: Fifty cases of complicated renal calculi were managed by mini PCNL and pneumatic lithotriptor under ureteroscopy vs extriciporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Results: These stones were cleared off 12 out of 50. One section in 6 cases, two sections in 18 cases, three sections in 6cases and 3 cases were recived operation. Conclusions: Mini PCNL and pneumatic lithotriptor under ureteroscopy vs extriciporeal shock wave lithotripsy is effective and safe trement modality for managing complicated renal calculi. This method has been less invasive and complications. Soit is perfect method for therapy of complicated renal calculi.更多还原
