对新疆竞技体育重点项目后备人才培养方面教练员现状研究
A study on the conditions of the coaches for Training candidates for key sports Games in Xinjiang
【摘要】 采用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等方法 ,对新疆竞技体育重点项目后备人才培养方面教练员面临的主要问题进行了分析 ,认为新疆教练员素质偏低 ,需要加强教练员的岗位培训等工作 ,以利于新疆后备人才培养的可持续发展。
【Abstract】 The paper,based on the data obtained from various sources.makes an analysis of the present conditions of the coaches who are engaged in training candidates for key sports games in xinjiang and suggestions are made for how to improve the situation.
