SHBWR状态方程及活度系数模型在轻烃回收模拟中的应用

【摘要】 我国天然气加工工业采用先进的控制方案和先进的模拟模型尚在起步开发之中,针对轻烃回收工艺模拟过程中的相平衡计算方法作一些探讨。轻烃回收装置一般都在低温高压状态下运行,对它的模拟过程中涉及到的相平衡计算,采用传统的简洁计算方法不仅误差较大,而且难以查对,对此,本文采用SHBWR方程与活度系数关联模型相结合的方法进行计算,并编制计算机程序,对轻烃回收装置做操作型模拟计算,取得较为准确的模拟计算结果。

【Abstract】 As for natural gas processing industry, the development of advanced controlling program and simulation model is in the primary period. In this paper, the calculation of phase equilibrium involved in the simulation of lighter hydrocarbon recovery is discussed. Equipments used in lighter hydrocarbon recovery generally run in the condition of low temperature and high pressure. As for the calculation of phase equilibrium involved, there is relatively big error when conventional concise method is adopted. In this paper, The method of combining SHBWR state equation with activity coefficient relating model is adopted and the calculation program is developed. Relatively accurate result is achieved when this method is used in the simulation of lighter hydrocarbon recovery.
