大风出现的位置与地形的关系

【摘要】 根据边界层理论,对大风出现的位置与地形的关系作了分析。解释了阿尔金山北侧低空偏东风急流出现的地形原因。

【Abstract】 According to the boundary layer theories,the relation between the strong wind place and the geography were analyzed.The geographical action caused LLJ of a east wind upon the north side of the Aerjin mountain were explained.
