【摘要】 RNA的提取技术是现代分子生物技术的基础,植物RNA的提取比较困难。实验以新鲜的葡萄叶片为材料,采用SDS、CTAB相结合的方法,进行酚/氯仿的提取,消除了DNA及植物中较多的多糖、多酚等污染,提取到较纯净的总RNA,此方法适合于葡萄叶片总RNA的提取,试剂简单经济,实验结果稳定,重现性强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Extraction of RNA is a base of modern moleculor technology.It is difficult to extract RNA of plant. In this experiment ,fresh grape leaves are chosen as materials, SDS,CTAB and phenol/ccl4 are used to extract total RNA, to eliminate pollution from polysaccharide etc. .The method is suitable for extracting total RNA from grape leaves.It is simple, inexpensive, stable and easily repeated.更多还原
