橡皮树的快速繁殖及试管苗温室移栽管理
The Rapid Propagation of Ficus elastica and the Management of Test-tube Plantlets Transplant in Greenhouse
【摘要】 以橡皮树(Ficuselastica)顶芽或带腋芽茎段做为外植体。实验表明橡皮树快速繁殖的适宜培养基为MS+6-BA1.0～2.0mg/l+NAA0.01～1.0mg/l。生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/l+IBA0.5mg/l的沙基培养基。橡皮树最适的培养温度为26～31℃。移栽采用蛭石作为苗床基质。通过合理的环境控制提高成活率。
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted using terminal bud or shoot of Ficus elastica as the explants.The result shows that MS+6-BA 1.0～2.0 mg/l+NAA 0.01～1.0 mg/l is suitable medium for the rapid propagation .Rooting medium is 1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/l+IBA 0.5 mg/l+sand. The suitable temperature is from 26 to 31℃. Vermiculite is the best plantlet substrate .To control surroundings can improve the survival rate.
