塑料光学制件精密成型技术的现状
The present status of precision moulding technology for plastic optical parts
【摘要】 本文对目前塑料光学制件精密成型技术进行了研究。传统的注射成型方法不能达到光学元件的性能要求,而注射成型与压缩成型结合在一起,则能克服注射成型中的部分问题,得到较高质量的产品,故发展了先注射后压缩的二次成型和注射压缩成型技术。超精模压成型能进一步完善注射压缩成型技术,得到更高质量的塑料制品。
【Abstract】 Analyzed the current precision moulding technology of plastic optical parts. For the tradionalinjection molding can not reach the performance requirement of the optical element, meanwhile takingthe injection molding and compressing molding combined together that can solve partial problems fromthe injection molding, and get better quality goods, therefore,developed the secondary molding tech-nology of prior injection and compress after and injection compressing molding technology. Exceedingprecision molding can make further to complete the injection compressing molding technology and gainthe fantast plastic goods.
