铜、锌在5-Br-PADAP和表面活性剂体系中的分光光度法同时测定

【摘要】 5-Br-PADAP在阳离子表面活性剂溴代十六烷基三甲胺存在下同时测定Cu2+和Zn2+,找出最佳实验条件,对水和血清测定结果令人满意.

【Abstract】 The color reaction of Zn (II) and 5-Br-PADAP has been studied in the presence of CTMAB. The best reaction conditions have been obtained and the results is satisfactory when it is used for direct determination of Zn(II), Cu(II) in water and in plasma of human body.
