用物理吸附法在多孔硅中嵌入聚合物PMMA的研究
Study on Inserting Polymer PMMA into Pores of Porous Silicon by Physical Adsorption Methods
【摘要】 用浸泡、匀胶机涂布和超声波三种物理吸附方法将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)嵌入到多孔硅孔隙中.研究了多孔硅孔隙率、匀胶机转速和PMMA甲苯溶液浓度等参量对PMMA的嵌入多孔硅的影响.分析了嵌入PMMA后多孔硅的荧光及样品稳定性的变化情况.
【Abstract】 Immersion, ultrasonic agitation and spin-coating methods were used to insert polymethylmetacrylate into pores of porous silicon by physical adsorption methods. The influence of the porosity of porous silicon, rotary speed of spin-coating and solution concentration on inserting of PMMA in the porous silicon pores were studied in this paper. Variation of photoluminescence spectra and stability of samples after inserting PMMA was analyzed.
