【摘要】 目的　观察前列地尔 (prostaglandinE1,PGE1)对大鼠乙酸性结肠炎的影响。　方法　将大鼠随机分配至静脉给药组、腹腔给药组、灌肠给药组及其相应对照组。用导管经肛门注入 10 %乙酸建立大鼠乙酸性结肠炎模型 ,观察PGE1不同给药方式对大鼠结肠黏膜损伤指数 (CMDI) ,和血清黄嘌呤氧化酶 (XOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量的影响。　结果　PGE13种途径给药均可降低大鼠乙酸性结肠炎炎症反应程度 ,结肠黏膜损伤指数 (CMDI)均比对照组明显下降 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) )。　结论　PGE1对大鼠乙酸性结肠炎具有防护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) on rats colitis induced by acetic acid. Methods The rats colitis model was produced by acetic acid enemas.The experiment animals were divided randomly into vein,peritoneum,clyster groups treated with PGE1 and their control groups correspondingly.At the end of the experiment,the colonic mucosal damage index (CMDI)was measured,meanwhile,the content of xanthine oxidase(XOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) in blood serum was detected. Results The colonic mucosal damage index(CMDI)of PGE1 groups were significantly lower than the control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Treatment with PGE1 showed benefit effects on the mucosal damage of rats colitis induced by acetic acid.更多还原
