【摘要】 左心室射血分数是最常应用的心脏收缩功能指标之一,临床常以超声心动图、放射性核素心血管造影和心导管左心室造影等方法测定,这些方法各有优缺点,以超声心动图最方便、使用率最高,放射性核素心血管造影因有放射污染、心导管左心室造影因其创伤性而使应用受到限制。文献报道各方法之间相关性强,但相关性强并不能说明一致性好。一致性检验是方法学之间进行比较的一个严格标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Left ventricular ejection fraction is one of parameters which indicate the systolic function. There are three methods applied commonly in clinics which are echocardiography, radionuclide angiocardiography and ceniventriculography. Echocardiography is used frequently due to its convenience and lower cost. Angiocardiography and ceniventriculography are less popular in patients because of radioactive contamination and invasive manipulation. It is reported that good correlation is existed between different methods, but good correlation does not mean good agreement. Agreement test is another strong criteria of methods comparison.更多还原
