【摘要】 目的 研究福辛普利治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)不同剂量疗效。方法将178例CHF患者随机分为两组,低剂量组服用福辛普利10-20mg,每日1次;高剂量组服用福辛普利30-40mg,每日1次。均连服一个月。服药前后分别行彩色超声心动图及临床心功能评定。结果 福辛普利治疗CHF临床总有效率高剂量组94.6％,低剂量组87％,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗前后左心室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)均有显著差异(P<0.01);高剂量较低剂量治疗CHF疗效显著(P<0.05)。结论福辛普利是治疗CHF安全而有效的药物,高剂量治疗CHF疗效更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of treating congestive heart failure (CHF) with different dosage fosinopril. Methods 178 patients were divided into two groups, low dosage group took Fosinopril with 10-20mg qd for one month, high dosage group took fosinopril with 30-40mg qd for one month. Doppler ulfrasound cardiogram and cardiac functional were measured before and after treatment.
